Suraksha Clinics and Diagnostics known for using high-end technology in their centers. However, due to the preference of consumers for local diagnostic chains, the brand was facing a serious market threat. This led to an emergency call for a new marketing strategy.
The biggest challenge faced by Suraksha was customers’ lack of awareness about Suraksha’s clinics along with known diagnostic chains.
Our first task was to bring a streamlined theme for the brand then swiftly tweak the logo followed by a new communication approach.
To further amplify the marketing efforts, we created various content channels – a dedicated landing page to find the nearest clinic, a YouTube series, LinkedIn communication, and so on.
Kolkata and the surrounding villages being the main target audience; our strategy was to focus more on the ground level instead of the digital world.
